What we collect

When you sign in we receive your email address and display name from our identity provider (signin.ounie.com). When you generate a case study we record which of your brains you selected, the brief you entered, and the study produced (its text, metrics, quotes, and a citation pointer to the brain page each part drew from), plus whether you've published it and how many times its public page has been viewed.

What we don't collect

We don't track you across the web. There are no third-party analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no session replay. We don't sell, share, or resell anything you generate. Every case study belongs to the account that made it.

Where data lives

Application data (press kits, uploaded assets, publish state, view counts, credit ledger entries) is stored in a single Neon Postgres database hosted in the US; uploaded logos/headshots are stored in object storage. Your brain content itself stays on ounie.com — Press Kit Studio reads it at generation time through Ounie's API as you, and never keeps a copy of your sources.

Public share pages

When you publish a press kit, it is served on a public page at presskit.ounie.com/k/<id>. That page is marked noindex (search engines are asked not to list it), but anyone with the link can view it — that is its purpose as a press page. Uploaded assets are served from a public URL so journalists can download them. Unpublishing or deleting the kit makes the link stop working immediately.

Payments

Payments happen on ounie.com, where Stripe processes credit purchases. This product never sees your card number; it only reads and debits your Ounie credit wallet. Stripe's privacy policy lives at stripe.com/privacy.

Your brain content

Case studies are generated only from the brains you own and select, fetched through Ounie's API with your own session — Press Kit Studio can never see anyone else's brain, and never stores your sources. Deleting a case study removes it and its public page; your brain on ounie.com is untouched.

Deletion

To delete your account or download your data, open a privacy ticket. We respond within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30.
