The service

Press Kit Studio ("we", "us") composes customer case studies from the content of your own Ounie brains, at your direction, and can host them on public share pages. You ("you", "the customer") pay per case study generated at the rate published on our pricing page.

Acceptable use

You may only generate case studies from brains your Ounie account can access, and you are responsible for having the right to publish the customer names, quotes, and results they contain. You will not attempt to discover endpoints we haven't documented or bypass rate limits. Generated collateral inherits whatever rights you hold in the underlying brain content; what you publish, and its accuracy, are your responsibility — review before you share.

Account & billing

There is no subscription for this product. Usage is billed in Ounie credits from your shared Ounie wallet — 8 credits per press kit built and 8 credits per full rebuild, reserved when the work starts and settled on success. If your selected brain(s) don't hold the company, the reservation is refunded and you aren't charged. Editing, uploading/removing assets, restyling the page, and publishing/unpublishing the public page are free. Credits are purchased and managed on ounie.com; your data and prior outputs remain accessible regardless of your credit balance.

No warranty of accuracy

Case studies are generated from your material and cited to it, but they are drafts for your review, not verified marketing claims. We do not warrant that any study is complete, current, or fit for publication. You are responsible for reviewing every claim, metric, and quote — and for obtaining any customer approval required — before you publish or send it.

Refunds

Failed generations are refunded automatically (the credit reservation is reversed), and you are never charged when your brain doesn't hold the requested story. For anything else, open a support ticket.

Liability

Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any loss arising from a case study you published.

Termination

Either party can terminate at any time. You retain access to data you've already paid for. We may suspend accounts for material violations of these terms with notice.
